Minutes of
Annual Meeting of Thunder Tactical Shooters. December 8, 2007 Board Members in
attendance: Al Liczwek -President Eric Cooper -Secretary

Past Officer Members in attendance: John Cobb Jeremy Thompson Jack Davis O.J.Philly Andy Webeler Cormac Garvey Joshua Lewis Glen McKinney Rafael Lewis George Byrd Travis West Meeting called to order at
11:45am by President. President spoke on the new
contract with Thunder Gun Range for 2008 and on improved relations with Thunder Gun Range. For range
members there will be a written contract with Thunder Gun Range and the
individual members. There will be no new memberships available, only the ones
that are active today. Old Business: Topics and goals from last
years meeting discussed, Match styles brought up from last year to continue. Treasurer’s report given by
Secretary Treasurer and accepted by membership. Announcement made for the scheduled
collection of 2008 member insurance dues and the pricing structure for new
members to include insurance premium & TTS hat. Range Manager discussed
repairs and upgrades to range done this year and plans for new lights and
storage building to be added in 2008. Election of Officers: A motion was brought by the
membership to retain the current slate of officers, and seconded by the
membership. A vote of voice and a show
of hands carried the motion. The current slate of
officers will serve for 2008. New Business: It was announced that the
Board of Directors will schedule and hold a meeting within 45 days. Topics will include 2008 activities and
initialization of the Labor Day Regional. Regional match to remain on
Labor Day. A question was brought up,
do we want to start a USPSA club? Glen
McKinny to meet with Board after first board meeting to discus. Low light matches were
discussed and these will be incorporated in Wednesday night matches, to be
done by Bill Dittoe. A source for cor-plast was
brought up by Glen McKinney and the club will purchase new sheets to repair
barricades. Rafael Lewis will serve as
Saturday and Special Event match director again for 2008. Wednesday match directors
will be coordinated by Bill Dittoe, and continue to be done on a rotational
basis using the current team of match directors. Carbine match director
position still open. With no more new business
