The following rules apply to members of Thunder Tactical Shooters Club ("TTS") who want to shoot IDPA style at Thunder Gun Range ("TGR") at times other than during "TTS" scheduled events.  These rules also identify who is permitted to use the "TTS" Club equipment.

Range Rules:

1. Anyone wishing to shoot in the pistol bays in any manner other than standing and shooting at a single target, must be    endorsed by a "TTS" Club Officer and be placed on our "Sponsored Shooters List". This list will be maintained on our   web site and at the "TGR". Shooters will only be endorsed if they can demonstrated the knowledge, skill, and experience required to safely complete all IDPA movements; such as practicing the draw from a holster, engaging multiple targets, shooting while moving, etc.
2. Only people appearing on the "Sponsored Shooters List" are authorized to use "TTS" Club equipment.
3. The only people authorized to host inexperienced shooters at the "TGR" for instruction or coaching in IDPA style shooting, are "TTS" Club Officers. Anyone else can bring inexperienced shooters to "TGR" but all "TGR" Range Rules must be followed (e.g. ....no drawing, no rapid fire, no shooting while moving, etc.).
4. Club members may shoot IDPA style as a group, but only if ALL the shooters appear on our "Sponsored Shooters List".
5. No rifles or shotguns are allowed in the pistol bays without prior approval of the "TGR" management.
6. Shooters understand that the "TTS" Club accepts no responsibility or liability for safety of the shooters, spectators, or the "TGR" property. Each shooter understands and accepts all inherent dangers and liabilities that are involved with using firearms.
7. Any shooting will be done in strict accordance with IDPA and NRA safety rules and the range will be run as a COLD range at all times.

Our ability to follow the "TGR" rules will determine our future at this facility. Jessie, the owner of the Thunder Gun Range, has been very gracious in allowing us to conduct events that are not in strict compliance with his existing range rules. It is our responsibility to ensure everything we do is done in a safe and responsible manner. We need to keep our relationship on cordial terms, or risk the loss of our range privileges.

Any questions on this change in policy should be directed to a "TTS" Club Officer.

Your continued support is appreciated,
Al Liczwek – President
